Excellent opportunity based in Utrecht, Holland for a Dutch * English speaking Support Engineer. You will be required to provide Internal support for the Benelux region supporting 400 users. You must be very customer focused, as the role will cover everything from collecting boxes and cabling through to general PC support, and solving complex server problems. The applicant should be happy doing the menial jobs as much as the more complex issues. This is a very varied role. The environment is Windows, but will also be supporting other software (training will be given on these). Essential skills: MCSE or equivalent. Windows 2000, NT, Exchange 5.5, SMS.
